Let this be a month of much rest, much peace, and much joy. Let it be a month of growing and learning. Let it be a month of returning back to His embrace and remembering that my identity is rooted in Him. Let this month be one filled with good food, good laughter, and good company.

Thank You for loving abundantly.

It’s strange how our bodies react (or fail to react) in stressful/pressure-filled times. During set up for today’s ministry fair, we were trying to get a tent from the Pathway storage room and I had scraped the back of my foot against something. A few minutes later, I felt something wet and sticky on the back of my sandal- looked down and blood was trickling down! Got a chance to clean it up and put bandaids on (and realized I left a few droplet trails in front of church!), but it wasn’t until there was a moment of downtime that the pain seeped in.

Thought it was sorta funny that it’s literally blood, sweat and tears when it comes to ministry now. :P

In need of much rest….

You always blow me away by how You provide….in just the right timing, in just the right way, in just the right amount. It leaves me speechless. It leaves me in awe. It leaves me feeling humbled and unworthy, but reminded that I’ve been deemed worthy of Your love and care.

Thank You.

“Lord, I just want someone to cry with me through this heartbreak- someone who can understand my hurt and struggles”

And You say, “Here I Am”
